Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational safety
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and inventory accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with precision while maintaining strict quality control standards
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols at all times
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in weekend overtime shifts as operational needs require
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide proof upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen clearance
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
