Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move, load, and unload materials.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy accessibility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and pre-operation equipment inspections.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using proper packaging techniques and operate shipping/receiving docks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Licensing: Forklift certification is a plus, but we offer Paid Training for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Clean Record: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
