Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming merchandise efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Willingness to undergo paid training and obtain necessary safety certifications.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
