Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders for delivery with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in preparation for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Scan items and update inventory systems using handheld scanners.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs (or 51 lbs with team lift assistance) for extended periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning technology.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in a fulfillment center yard.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
