Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to ensure warehouse organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging integrity to prevent damaged goods during transit.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly for extended periods.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
