Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move products to/from storage areas using material handling equipment
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to quality standards
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
