Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship products to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory and verify stock levels against system records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout your shift.
- Ability to work in various climates, including temperature-controlled environments.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling items.
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, based on business needs.
