Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently select items from inventory, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment using automated conveyor systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and quality against work orders to ensure accuracy and reduce errors.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Load & Unload: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound freight.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction by handling packages with care and meeting daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic Skills: Strong reading and comprehension skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliability: A proven track record of dependability and punctuality.
