Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages using material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Pick, pack, and verify items to ensure order accuracy and quality standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners and technology to manage inventory workflows.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read labels and pick tickets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
