Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain refrigerated storage conditions to meet temperature specifications
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming perishable inventory using FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient product movement
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with warehouse management software
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in cold environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all warehouse areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
