Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to safely move products within the facility
- Conduct daily inventory checks and document storage conditions
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols in cold environments
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments while maintaining cold chain integrity
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging 0°F to 40°F
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
