Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect incoming/outgoing products for quality compliance
- Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO principles
- Operate inventory management software for stock tracking
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F refrigerated environments
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Seaport District
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- No prior cold storage experience required
