Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Safely load/unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Organize inventory according to FIFO rotation and quality standards
- Conduct daily facility inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to our Buffalo facility
- Basic math and record-keeping skills
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Team player with strong attention to detail
