Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring and documentation in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload pallets of food products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct routine sanitation and cleaning of storage facilities per HACCP standards
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Assist with quality control inspections and reject handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Flexible availability including weekends
