Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control and monitoring in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load, unload, and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct quality inspections on perishable goods upon arrival
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members on efficient storage rotation (FIFO)
- Document storage conditions and inventory movements
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
