Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in cold storage facilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and organize stock rotation (FIFO method)
- Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Assist with quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate records of storage conditions and inventory movements
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Flexible availability including weekend/evening shifts
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
