Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature levels in refrigerated/freezer units
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory using FIFO protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct regular safety inspections and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation using digital systems
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and order accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA and HACCP compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Dr location
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
