Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation in refrigerated environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move temperature-sensitive products safely
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient loading/unloading of shipments
- Conduct routine quality checks on stored perishable goods
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to early morning/late night shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid Wisconsin ID and ability to pass background check
