Responsibilities
- Unload and load refrigerated products from trucks and pallets
- Organize and store products in designated cold storage areas (32°F-40°F)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and hygiene standards in cold environments
- Monitor temperature levels and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold storage or warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work in cold temperatures (32°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
