- Inspect, organize, and rotate inventory according to FIFO protocols
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely
- Monitor facility security systems and report irregularities
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards at all times
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs accurately
- Collaborate with team members on loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to off-hours shift coverage
- Pass background check and drug screening
