Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO methods to ensure freshness
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient product movement
- Conduct routine sanitation of equipment and storage areas
- Document inventory counts and temperature logs with precision
- Inspect facilities for safety compliance and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team during peak loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 4+ hours
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to complete forklift certification
