Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated storage zones
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient workflow and order accuracy
- Report equipment malfunctions and environmental irregularities promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F - 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
