Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Organize, label, and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct quality checks and report equipment malfunctions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using RF scanners
- Perform routine facility inspections and cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
