Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport palletized goods safely and efficiently in temperature-controlled environments.
- Conduct regular inspections of products for quality and damage before storage.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation (FIFO).
- Adhere to all strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing temperatures).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
