You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport products within the freezer and cooler sections.
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks during peak hours.
- Monitor and log inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a cold environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
