Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and pallets using hand trucks and forklifts.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Temperature Control: Monitor and maintain strict temperature standards in storage areas to ensure product quality.
- Inventory Management: Keep storage areas organized and conduct regular inventory counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work effectively in cold environments (below 40°F).
- Availability: Must be available for Part-Time shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
