Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas with precise labeling and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team to streamline receiving, picking, and shipping processes
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards at all times
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to shift location

- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
