Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure mechanical functionality.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer delivery deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by verifying stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
