Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification with at least 6 months of recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Preferred: Experience in temperature-controlled environments
