Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Reach Trucks, Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before commencing operations.
- Ensure all cargo is properly secured and tagged for inventory accuracy.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the warehouse floor and storage aisles.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (Must be valid and current).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
