Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately manage inventory documentation and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Assist in warehouse layout optimization and workflow efficiency improvements
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding operational challenges
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operation experience in warehouse/logistics setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
