Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic forklift maintenance (battery checks, fluid levels)
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow
- Assist in general warehouse cleaning and organization tasks
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Must be available for weekend shifts (1-2 days/week)
