Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in general warehouse duties including stacking, sorting, and quality control
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for flexible shifts
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in team settings
