Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and minimum 1 year operating experience
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, labels, and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
