Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily, reporting malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Manage inventory documentation and coordinate with warehouse team for accurate stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to optimize operational flow
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
