Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move pallets and inventory safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks with precision while adhering to safety protocols
- Organize warehouse inventory in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with team to maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures rigorously
- Complete inventory documentation and reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through paid training)
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
