Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory flow and productivity
- Complete accurate documentation for inventory and material transfers
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
