- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse environment
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and assist with stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain organized and efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Document daily operations and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Minimum 6 months prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
