Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and dock areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation systems
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha 10-hour preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Gateway location
- Flexible availability including weekends
