Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist with warehouse cleaning, organization, and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 6 months prior warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
