Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage inventory documentation and inventory control tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and aisles
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Minimum 6 months prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Way
- Flexible availability for weekday/evening shifts
