Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Assist with inventory management through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 6 months of forklift operation experience in warehouse settings
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
