Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment in warehouse/distribution setting
- Load/unload trucks and move pallets of goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
