Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials in a warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company equipment standards
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and efficiency
- Assist in organizing storage areas and maintaining clean, organized workspaces
- Support receiving and shipping processes as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
