Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods in warehouse settings
- Conduct daily equipment pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials to prevent damage
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to Bishop Street location
