Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload trailers, ensuring accurate inventory placement on shelves and pallets.
- Verify stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current OSHA certification for forklift operation (Counterbalance preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of basic math and weight measurements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
