Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and tagging stock appropriately.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to organize storage areas and optimize workflow.
- Assist in receiving shipments and verifying the quantity and condition of goods.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a warehousing or logistics setting is preferred.
