Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Perform routine safety checks on machinery before and after use to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts by scanning pallets and using warehouse management systems.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in the packaging and preparation of orders for delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this entry-level position.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we provide the training).
