Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock management duties as directed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding material handling and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or Pallet Jack) preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and navigate a warehouse environment.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
