Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading docks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety standards are met at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and report any mechanical problems or safety hazards immediately.
- Package and label products securely for shipping, adhering to company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (must possess valid forklift license/certification).
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong adherence to OSHA safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
